On the 21st of January 2023 UpMyBusiness delivered another staff training module for the clinic team of SkinDoctor & Ananeosis.
It was an amazing experience for us to share knowledge and thoughts on how to best design and handle the patient’s journey inside a medical aesthetics clinic with the team of 20 high qualified professionals. We also had a training session on the 5 steps of managing patient’s expectations as well as a few other topics for discussion.
When the training came to its closure, we all enjoyed the perfect ending of a tiresome and full of knowledge day with a party to celebrate the new and mostly promising year.
Many thanks to the owners of the clinic for putting their trust to Upmybusiness training schedule and to the entire team for their engagement and focus.
The next step is the establishment and the implementation of all the announced procedures in order to optimize both clinic’s operational models.
